Are you a current IREM member in good standing and interested in becoming a member of the IREM Louisiana Board of Directors? If so, please complete this form below by Friday, August 14, 2026.


IREM Board member positions include the following Officers (voting members of the IREM BOD):

  • President (must hold a CPM, AcoM, or ARM)
  • President Elect (must hold a CPM, AcoM, or ARM)
  • Secretary/Treasurer (must be a member on good standing, no certification required)
  • Ex-Officio (Immediate Past President)
  • Two (2) At-Large members


Open positions for 2027 include Secretary/Treasurer and two At-Large positions. The Secretary/Treasurer position and the At-Large positions are not required to hold a CPM, ARM or AcoM certification, but they must be a member of the Chapter and in good standing. Positions are one-year appointments, assuming office on January 1st of each year.

Chapter committee service:

Currently, service on a chapter committee is not required prior to joining the Board, although it is highly encouraged. Doing so demonstrates your level of commitment to the Chapter and strengthens the working relationship needed for a productive Board and successful Chapter.

According to the IREM Louisiana bylaws, the elections shall be held no later than the last day of September. Officers and elected members of the Board of Directors shall take office immediately on January 1, 2027.  The formal BOD installation shall take place no later than December 31, 2026.
